CleanPro Janitorial — experience from restaurant operator

We've been using CleanPro Janitorial Services for 6 months at 2 of our 4 Atlanta locations. Quick review: - Consistent scheduling: never missed a scheduled clean in 6 months - Quality: 8/10. Occasionally miss grease traps and behind-equipment areas unless you specifically remind them - Pricing: competitive, $380/visit for a ~1,800 sq ft restaurant - Communication: Rosa (the owner) responds within the hour, always One thing I wish I knew upfront: get a written scope of work that specifies grease trap areas and kitchen equipment surfaces. We had a miscommunication early on about what was included.

Rosa here — Laura, thank you for this. The grease trap feedback is taken seriously. We've actually updated our restaurant checklist since your early feedback and added a mandatory sign-off step for kitchen equipment areas. For any restaurant operators reading this: ask your janitorial vendor to provide a written scope checklist specific to food service environments. Regulatory compliance depends on what gets cleaned.

Good review format. I've been looking for commercial cleaning for our office properties. The scope-of-work tip is universal — we had a dispute with a previous cleaner over 'common areas' that turned into a whole thing.
