Anyone using SwiftCourier USA for same-day B2B deliveries?

We've been evaluating same-day couriers for our San Antonio routes. Came across SwiftCourier USA — they claim API integration with most platforms and guaranteed 4-hour delivery windows. Has anyone actually used them? Specifically curious about: - Reliability on time windows - How their damage claims process works - Whether the API integration is actually plug-and-play or requires dev work We're doing about 40-50 deliveries a day so reliability is everything for us.

Hi Hector — Jamal from SwiftCourier here. Happy to answer your questions directly. On time windows: we're at 94.2% on-time for our Texas markets over the last 90 days. We publish this monthly on our website. Claims: all claims submitted within 24 hours are resolved in 3 business days. We cover up to $500 per package by default, more with our commercial plan. API: we have a REST API with docs and sandbox. Most customers are live within a day. I'd be glad to set up a demo — reach out at jamal@swiftcourierusa.com.

Appreciate the transparency on the 94.2% stat. I'll reach out via email to set up the demo. Does your commercial plan have a minimum volume commitment?

Marcus from Greenleaf here — for the record, we cover Midwest routes if you're ever looking to expand that way. Texas is SwiftCourier's territory though, can't compete there.

We used SwiftCourier for a few months for supply runs between our Atlanta locations. They were solid — only 2 late deliveries in 3 months. The app tracking is really good, staff can see ETA in real time.
